2013, empezamos mal
En el primer pleno municipal del 2013 en Erandio, estaba previsto votar los presupuestos presentados por el PNV, pero se les “olvidó” que gobiernan en minoría.
La falta de acuerdos con NINGÚN otro grupo político, les obligó a retirar el proyecto de presupuesto municipal para este año, para evitar perder la votación. Esta decisión obliga a prorrogar las cuentas de 2012, hasta que el PNV de Erandio consiga algún apoyo para ganar una votación que avale su propuesta.
El PNV, en minoría en Erandio, presenta unas cuentas que son ajustes de las de otros años, retirando partidas de inversión de obras concluidas, retirando partidas que historicamente tenía y no cumplia, con lo que se “reduce” el presupuesto, pero mantiene otras como la de la carretera de Goikoa, que lleva tiempo apareciendo, aumenta un 5% el “coste” de la jardinería, mantiene los altos costes de asesores, sueldos del Alcalde, concejal y concejala liberados parciales y los pagos de dietas por asistencia a plenos y comisiones…
Desde Bildu decidimos apoyar la propuesta del PNV de retirar del orden del día la votación de presupuestos, que perdía el PNV, para dar la oportunidad de negociar lo que hasta ahora no ha hecho. Estamos deseando que se nos llame para discutir cualquier cosa que venga bien al pueblo de Erandio y sus gentes, pero por un lado tenemos la sensación que todavía no han asumido que perdieron la mayoría en las elecciones municipales y por otro que existen “tics”, de que en Erandio se hace lo que decide el PNV porque es lo que siempre se ha hecho.
No lo decimos como una crítica vacía, pero la carencia de ideas que no pasen por el cemento: rascacielos en Astrabudua, construcciones en Tartanga hipotecando la zona deportiva y de ocio de Altzaga, la construcción de viviendas en “La Campa”, nos llevan a esa conclusión.
Por seguir poniendo ejemplos: La calle San Ignacio en Altzaga, TODAVÍA en obras, con las dificultades a comerciantes, vecinas y vecinos; el inicio de la obra del cruce de Lutxana, que tras su venta pública no se ve ningún avance; sin olvidarnos del tema de Kukularra, donde tras años de abandono se están realizando obras no consensuadas con NADIE, con un importantísimo gasto absurdo.
A pesar de ello y, que en ciertas áreas la imagen de existencia de acuerdos, constantemente prorrogados pero que no se ponen en práctica, queremos hablar y llegar a acuerdos. Defendemos la participación, es necesario que se escuche a la ciudadanía y se dejen de hacer cosas para vecinas y vecinos, sin admitir ninguna alegación.
Con independencia de con quien llegue a acuerdos el PNV para aprobar sus presupuestos, desde este blog instamos al PNV de Erandio a que hable con los grupos culturales y deportivos de Erandio, con las Asociaciones, con los grupos políticos y que piense que es mejor llegar a grandes acuerdos que pactar votos para seguir adelante con lo suyo.
Eusko Alkartasuna de Erandio, sigue trabajando por buscar los máximos consensos para conseguir lo mejor para Erandio. Bildu Erandio de la cual formamos parte, se presentó en Erandio como un proyecto que une a diferentes, con acuerdos que nos unen. Creemos que esa es la solución:

An auction house in England has withdrawn human remains, including shrunken heads and ancestral skulls, from sale following an outcry.
The Swan auction house in Tetsworth, Oxfordshire withdrew more than two dozen lots from an upcoming auction titled “The Curious Collector Sale,” including an 18th-century Tsantsa shrunken head, which was expected to fetch ?20,000-?25,000 ($26,000-$33,000) and was previously owned by Hugh Hefner, founder of Playboy magazine.
Other withdrawn lots include an ancestral skull from the Solomon Islands, another from the Fon tribe in Benin and a double ancestor skull from Congo.
The planned sale of another piece, described as a 19th-century horned Naga human skull, drew criticism from Neiphiu Rio, Chief Minister of the Indian state of Nagaland.
Rio wrote to India’s External Affairs Minister, S. Jaishankar, asking him to intervene “to ensure that the auction of the human remains of our people is halted.”
In his letter, Rio said he had been informed about the auction by the Forum for Naga Reconciliation (FNR), a grouping of organizations that works to reconcile different Naga political groups, some of which have engaged in armed struggle for independence from India in recent decades.
In its letter to Rio, the FNR said it “condemns this inhumane and violent practice where indigenous ancestral human remains continue to be collector’s items.”
“Such auctions continue the policy of dehumanization and colonial violence on the Naga people,” it added.
Another of those to criticize the planned sale was Laura Van Broekhoven, director of the Pitt Rivers Museum, which is part of the University of Oxford.
“Please, immediately pull from tomorrow’s auction the human and ancestral remains of Naga, Shuar, Dayak, Kota, Fon, Vili people and other communities in Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Nigeria, Congo, Ecuador, Nagaland, Benin,” she wrote in a post on X on Tuesday.
