9 de marzo goleada
Ayer se produjo un hecho sin precedentes, un salto en el tiempo, pasamos del siglo XXI al XIX, borrando de un golpe de la derecha antisocial, la mayoría de los derechos conseguidos por la clase trabajadora.
El Congreso de Madrid, que hace Leyes de Aplicación en Euskal Herria, vulnera la capacidad de decisión de la clase trabajadora vasca.
¿Para que queremos autonomías y estatutos, si se nos imponen sus leyes?
Estas son algunas de las “reformas” impuestas:
- Desaparece la indemnización por despido de 45 días/año, pasa a ser de 33
- El tope de indemnización por despido son 24 mensualidades en lugar de las 42 exitentes
- Ahora lo habitual es el despido procedente con 20 días/año con tope de 12 mensualidades
- La empresa puede alegar causas y el tope será de 9 mensualidades
- El período de prueba será de 1 año sin indemnización por despido, en empresas de menos de 50 trabajadoras/trabajadores
- Los EREs no se negocian y no necesitan autorización (despido gratis, reduciones salariales, aumento jornada…)
- Las empresas podrán descolgarse de la aplicación del convenio si bajan las ventas 9 meses, no negocian con sindicatos
- Al cabo de 2 años los convenios pierden vigencia y se parte de 0
Lamentablemente la movilización contra todo esto y la información facilitada por los medios se queda en nada, por hechos como el histórco triunfo del Athletic. Pero en este caso la goleada nos la han metido a nosotras y nosotros y la noticia es la movilización de 8.000 personas desplazadas para animar en el partido.
En Erandio, febrero se cierra con 72 personas mas paradas que se suman a las 144 de enero, 2.027 personas en paro en un municipio de un censo de 24.262 personas (unas 15.000 en edad laboral). Nos sigue pareciendo increible la falta de iniciativas municipales para abrdar este problema.
De aquí al 29 de marzo, fecha en la que la mayoría sindical vasca convocó hace semanas una huelga general en respuesta a esta “goleada” desde Madrid, os animamos a uniros a las movilizaciones de repuesta que se están convocando. No entremos en batallas que debilitan el éxito de la convocatoria, porque el sindicalismo estatal ha dado imagen de falta de confrontación y de “comodidad” con el sistema de “subvenciones”.
Por otro lado, este fin de semana el comercio de Bilbao vuelve a pedir nuestro apoyo para evitar que los grandes comercios abran y provoquen el cierre del pequeño comercio en Bilbao. Mientras tanto Azkuna cree que “su ciudad” necesita que las tiendas abran, ¿para qué?.
Para finalizar, por si alguien lo duda, nos alegramos de la victoria del Athletic, pero nos gustaría que toda esa movilización por un hecho deportivo sea eclipsada por las movilizaciones en defensa de los derechos conseguidos. Euskal Herria mas que nunca debe demostrar que la independentzia no es una entelequia política, es una necesidad para poder dictar nuestras Leyes y decidir nuestro estilo de vida.
Esta reforma, como estamos viendo en Erandio, va a provocar mas paro, mayor pobreza y una gran perdida de derechos que se suma al deterioro en la sanidad, en la educación y en todo lo público.
No te creas los discursos manipulados. Quienes hablan de duplicidades administrativas se olvidan que lo que nos sobra es la Administración del Estado. Tenemos nuestras competencias, la duplicidad se da con la presencia de la guardia civil y la policía nacional en Euskal Herria, el ejercito y la corona son gastos que se les olvidan cuando dicen que no habrá dinero para pensiones o habrá que instaurar el copago sanitario. Nunca dicen que no habrá dinero para aviones de combate, barcos de guerra o bombas…
Una Euskal Herria independiente es viable en Europa. Tendríamos menor costo que España, seríamos mas competitivos, con menor deuda y mayor solvencia.
