Zero Pobrezia. También en Erandio
Desde 1993 tras la Declaración de la Asamblea General de la ONU mediante la resolución 47/196, el 17 de octubre se celebra conmemora el Día Internacional para la Erradicación de la Pobreza. El lema de éste año es:
«El trabajo decente y productivo es uno de los medios más eficaces para luchar contra la pobreza y promover la autosuficiencia».
Los Jefes de Estado se comprometieron en la Cumbre del Milenio a reducir a la mitad el número de persona indigentes para el 2015, considerando indigente quien sobrevive con menos de 1 dolar al día. En Erandio el número de personas que solicitan ayudas sociales sigue aumentando y el dinero se agotó el 15 de septiembre.
Conviene recordar que estas ayudas provienen de la Conserjería de Empleo y Asuntos Sociales del Gobierno Vasco, que anteriormente dirigía el equipo de Eusko Alkartasuna hasta las últimas elecciones, ahora es el PSOE, quien tiene que gestionarlo. Los ayuntamientos se encargan de su distribución y lamentablemente en Erandio no llega el dinero asignado, por lo que se ha pedido más.
Hace años, cuando muchas personas pedíamos aumentar las partidas de ayudas y el importe de las mismas, siempre nos teníamos que enfrentar a quien piensa que el que no trabaja es porque no quiere o que es un chollo vivir de las ayudas sociales. Planteamientos que no son ciertos. Según el Ministerio de Trabajo e Inmigración en Erandio hay 814 hombres y 755 mujeres que no tienen empleo, lo que supone un aumento del 3,29 respecto a agosto.
1.569 personas sin empleo en septiembre de 2010, en el 2007 (fecha de las últimas elecciones municipales) había casi la mitad, menos de 850 personas. Es necesario “trabajar” para erradicar la pobreza y uno de los medios principales es atajando el problema del paro. No basta con pedir las políticas activas de empleo, hay que ser valientes y usarlas.
Un paso dado por el Ayuntamiento es la definición de la oferta pública de empleo para el 2010, en el BOPV del 13 de septiembre se publica la oferta pública de empleo para Erandio.
Volvemos a pedir la actualización y mejor acceso a la web del Ayuntamiento de Erandio y además que todos los enlaces que tiene, QUE FUNCIONEN.
Bajo el enlace de Bolsas de Trabajo 2009, la del 2010 no existe, se encuentra la Oferta de empleo Público que nos ofrece dos opciones Convocatorias en vigor ¿? y Convocatorias finalizadas, que no va a ningún sitio.
Hace un mes decíamos que La web del Ayuntamiento de Erandio tenía las pilas gastadas, todavía no las han cambiado. Si no hay quien las cambie que contraten algún parado o parada y en días como hoy conviene recordar los recientes desastres no resueltos: Haití, Pakistan….
