Genero-Indarkeriaren aurkako Eguneko ekitaldietan parte hartzera dei egin dio EAk gizarteari, eta indarkeria matxistarekin amaitzeko neurri legalak eta politikoak aktiboki sustatzearen aldeko konpromisoa berretsi du.
EA insta a la sociedad a participar en los actos con motivo del Día contra la Violencia de Género y reitera su compromiso con la promoción activa de medidas legales y políticas para acabar con la violencia machista.

EA constata que la única vía para acabar con la violencia sexista es “aplicar la tolerancia cero”
La Resolución 50/134 de 17 de diciembre de 1990 de la Asamblea de la Naciones Unidas a instancias de la República Dominicana instauró el 25 de noviembre como día Internacional de la Eliminación de la Violencia contra la Mujer, en recuerdo al asesinato de las hermanas Mirabal, activistas políticas dominicanas, por orden del dictador dominicano Trujillo.
