Empezamos enero, continuamos igual
Empieza un nuevo año y volvemos a oir a gurús que profetizan sobre brotes verdes y recuperación, otras personas apuestan por la recesión, en definitiva un año, que tiene que ser el año de la inflexión, el año de la PAZ.
En Erandio el PNV hace lo que critica en otros ámbitos, ejemplo, la aprobación de presupuestos, ÚNICAMENTE con los votos de sus concejalas y concejales. El PSOE y el PP los critican pero deciden no votar en contra y Bildu los rechaza porque no solucionan ninguno de los problemas de Erandio. El PNV ha sido incapaz de hablar para consensuar ninguna de nuestras propuestas.
El PNV es el partido del NO en Erandio
Seguimos recibiendo buzoneada la agenda cultural, sin ser consensuada con ningún grupo. Autobombo con dinero de todas y todos.
Las actividades culturales, todas de ellas interesantes, no son suficientemente difundidas para atraer al público. Posiblemente porque el superconcejal de Cultura, Juventud, Deportes y Seguridad Ciudadana esté mas preocupado por utilizar la policía municipal contra los y las jovenes de Erandio, llevándoles a juicio; que de presentar una oferta cultural coordinada desde el Ayuntamiento.
Los conciertos de Navidad, el cine, Olentzeros, para ser conocidos necesitan: cuñas publicitarias, con lo que damos a conocer el municipio; noticias de prensa QUE SON GRATIS, no como los anuncios y colocar carteles por las calles, pero si el PNV manda arrancarlos a las brigadas de limpieza, dificilmente ese gasto en carteles nos va a servir. La presencia policial y de protección civil para cantar el Olentzero por las calles, muchas de ellas peatonales, ¿si es necesaria?.
Por si alguien no se ha enterado también hemos tenído “PIN” en Astrabudua y Altzaga, pero con mínima información. Siguiendo con la improvisación se ha puesto una carpa sobre el parque infantil en la plaza Santi Brouard, esa que preside la bandera española, y al descubrir que en invierno oscurece pronto, al de unos días se pusieron unos focos.
Queremos saber cuanto ha costado el alquiler de esa carpa y quien es la empresa beneficiaria, porque el PNV no ha aceptado la propuesta de Bildu de comprar una carpa para actos culturales, ¿será por qué el alquiler es mas beneficioso? (para algunos).
Volviendo al tema de la cultura, ¿para cuando un Erandio Antzokia?, seguimos con parches, venga a gastar dinero en el antiguo mercado y la actual plaza santi Brouard, con el mismo diseño que cuando se llamaba parque Maderal. Esa zona junto al Ayuntamiento se merece un nuevo antzokia y una zona infantil cubierta o semicubierta como en otros municipios.
Hay cantidad de arboles en todo el municipio que tapan el alumbrado público, contaminación lumínica con focos mal orientado y mención aparte recibe la iluminación de esa plaza y la parte delantera del Ayuntamiento que como dice la web del Ayuntamiento: “se están instalando ocho postes de luz, 12 equipos empotrados en los muretes de las jardineras y otro equipo suspendido en el quiosco”. La iluminación orientada a las florecitas no al uso y disfrute de la plaza, con un consumo desorbitado y ausencia de tecnologías de menos consumo (leds, apagado selectivo…). El resto del municipio igual, zonas sin iluminación y zonas donde los detectores de presencia o el apagado horario podrían reducir mas de un tercio el gasto de luz.
Lo dicho empezamos año, seguimos con ausencia de dialogo por parte del PNV, sin cabalgata de reyes porque quienes la organizaban están cansadosy las gentes que hacen cosas en Erandio no lo tienen nada fácil.
Dinamización de la participación ciudadana
Desde este humilde blog pedimos nuevamente una remodelación total de la web del Ayuntamiento (lleva 3 semanas sin actualizar: información inservible (del 2.009), ausencia de información sobre las Comisiones Informativas y un diseño poco acogedor. ¿Dónde están los presupuestos y la participación ciudadana? ¿en una encuesta obsoleta en su web? Pedimos también el uso de las nuevas tecnologías para avisar de actividades culturales eventos… por ejemplo correo electrónico, sms, facebook, twitter, tuenti…
Últimas noticias: el juez Marlasca ha citado el lunes en la Audiencia Nacional de Madrid, a 5 vecinos de Erandio entre ellos al responsable de la Comisión de Fiestas de Erandio por un anuncio publicado en el programa de fiestas de San Agustín. El domingo concentración en apoyo a estas personas a las 12:30h en la explanada del metro de Erandio.
