¿Qué hay detrás de la basura?
La Directiva Europea de Residuos (2008/98/CE) obliga a cumplir la siguiente jerarquía: primero REDUCIR la cantidad de residuos generada, luego REUTILIZACIÓN y como última “R” RECICLAR. La incineración y los vertederos serían el último eslabón. La Directiva también obliga a la recogida separada de los residuos orgánicos.
En Gipuzkoa una treintena de municipios han apostado por la recogida selectiva con la que alcanzan mas de un 80% de reciclaje, donde antes con 4 o 5 contenedores (el marrón de orgánico) no pasaban del 35%. Pero Gipuzkoa no ha generado ningún problema, sino que através de BILDU está buscando una solución al exceso de basuras, que tanto el Diputado del PNV de Bizkaia como el que anterior Diputado de Gipuzkoa, también del PNV, ocultaron con el traslado de basuras de Gipuzkoa a Bizkaia sin que nadie dijera nada, ¿sería porque gobernaba el PNV?
Hemos oído descalificaciones por ese trasvase de basuras, que durante años el PNV había pactado porque el objetivo del Consorcio de Residuos de Gipuzkoa con el mandato del PNV era la construcción de la incineradora. Deberían estar en marcha las plantas de tratamiento para la gestión de residuos, como las dos de tratamiento de residuos orgánicos ahora se lleva fuera, porque Lapatx se ha desbordado.
La creación de la incineradora es un proyecto que beneficia a quienes la construyen, por lo que los residuos orgánicos no se recogían de manera separada. El sistema de contenedores no garantiza el reciclaje porque en algunos casos se usa mal, falta información y al estar contaminados los contenedores, el plástico por su poder calorífico viene bien para incinerar y producir energía.
Ahora hay horarios para “bajar” la basura, pero los contenedores están abiertos las 24 horas por lo que el incivismo permite tirar la basura a cualquier hora con el mismo riesgo de suciedad, roedores y olores, pero se obvian estos “problemas” cuando su solución es la incineración.
Los gastos de fabricación, mantenimiento, recogida y limpieza de contenedores no se citan en la defensa de ese gran gasto que es la construcción de una incineradora, que produce residuos, que hay que llevar a vertederos, que no desaparecen. Sin embargo, la generación de empleo es mínima frente al Atez Ate, por lo que el beneficio social es muchísimo mayor que en la incineración.
PNV, PP y PSOE, han presentado una moción de censura para imponer su criterio de incineración frente a los municipios que se oponen. Se les ha olvidado los enfrentamientos con el anterior alcalde de Donostia el socialista Odón Elorza que no la quería en su municipio. La persona que ha sustituido al anterior Diputado, tiene las mismas ideas, porque es una apuesta de Gobierno, a pesar, de que digan que no existe programa ¿????
La moción al Gobierno de BILDU no la realizan porque al PNV le supondría en Gipuzkoa una gran pérdida de votos y de parlamentarios en las próximas eecciones en la CAPV, lo que significa que juegan a no dejar trabajar, pero no rompen por cálculo electoral , pidiendo que sea el G_obierno de la Diputación quien se haga el “harakiri” con una moción de confianza.
Su idea de la consulta popular al Atez Ate, ¿por qué no lo llevaron a la práctica con la construcción de la incineradora? Es vergonzosa la manipulación informativa y el despliegue de medios para que se construya la incineradora, ¿qué ganarán con su incineradora?, ¿habrán firmado compromisos para su construcción, antes de dejar el gobierno, condicionando a futuros goniernos?

El problema no son las basuras, el problema es Bildu, que está cambiando la forma de hacer política y destacando la mierda con quien maneja el dinero por detrás.
Solo hay que ver los políticos pro cesados en los tres herrialdes de la CAPV, del PNV y los txantxullos con enchufismo del PSOE.
Eso al DEIA y al Correo no le interesa sacar, prefieren atacar a BILDU para que nos se hable de ellos
