Datos de Erandio
Según los datos del Ministerio de Trabajo sobre el paro en Erandio, el 2014 finalizó con 1.102 hombres en paro, 6 menos que el año anterior y con 49 mujeres menos, alcanzando la cifra de 958 paradas.
En total en Erandio tenemos 2.060 personas paradas, frente a las 2.158 del año pasado, lo que supone un descenso del 2,6%. Más de la mitad del paro de Erandio se concentra en el rango entre los 25 y los 44 años y por sectores mayoritariamente en el de servicios.
Por analizar cuál es el perfil poblacional de nuestro pueblo, decir que de las 24.311 personas censadas, 12.384 son mujeres y 11.927 hombres. Prácticamente en los rangos de edad hasta los 55 años, el número de hombres es mayor que el de las mujeres, lo que “justificaría” el mayor número de parados, frente a paradas, en cambio, las mujeres en Erandio, son mayor población a partir de 55 años.
En el extremo de la población de más de 85 años, son las mujeres, las que más sobreviven teniendo una población de 440 mujeres frente a 169 hombres del mismo tramo de edad.
Estos datos vienen a ayudarnos a la hora de hacer nuestro programa electoral, analizando los colectivos de paradas y parados, a los cuales deben dirigirse las políticas municipales y corroboran las peticiones de un grupo de mujeres de mayor edad, que demandan un local, tipo residencia de día y cómo siempre hemos mantenido que no se deben discriminar los barrios, creemos que debe analizarse la viabilidad de más de uno de pequeño tamaño, o uno de mediano con transporte entre barrios.
Los jóvenes deben tener además de sus propias políticas de ocio, otras que aborden el empleo juvenil para su proyecto de vida y emancipación.
