Erandio PARADO
Empezamos el mes de enero despertando del sueño de las navidades, donde el empleo temporal hacía disminuir los datos del paro, y despertamos con 82 personas paradas más en el mes de enero y una vez más con nombres de mujer. 56 mujeres frente a 26 hombres, lo que supone un aumento del 5,56% en mujeres frente al 2,35% en hombres.
El aumento de estas 82 personas en Erandio (3,88%) en el mes de enero, mantiene la tendencia de los últimos años, donde desde el 2008 vamos camino de triplicar el paro. Y sigue aumentando en todos estos años.
Pero siempre nos quedarán las ayudas de la mancomunidad por ser “zona deprimida” y generar empleo temporal para 17 peones, una persona como técnico de autoempleo y otra como auxiliar administrativa. Con ésto 19 personas trabajarán 6 meses.
Cuando se carecen de ideas para atraer el empleo y las empresas a la zona, siempre nos quedará el autoempleo y hablar de emprendedores, en vez de ser atractivos para las empresas y generar empleo público.
Las políticas seguidistas de lo dictado desde Madrid, no cubriendo vacantes municipales, no negociando con los sindicatos y sin un plan para abordar trabajos a realizar desde la administración sin subcontratar, nos lleva a seguir esperando que la cosa mejore.
Los brotes verdes que algunos ven, siguen siendo precariedad para la mayoría
¿Cuándo se va a diseñar un plan de empleo dirigido a mejorar la imagen del pueblo, a la reparación de TODOS LOS BARRIOS, a recuperar zonas deterioradas y vertederos, a limpiar y mejorar accesos de barrios?
¿Por qué no se persigue más a los que no pagan y mantienen en ruina a nuestro pueblo? Es lamentable la imagen de abandono de algunos barrios, donde las ruinas industriales nos asemejan a una zona en guerra.
Si se duplicasen los impuestos a abonar por mantener edificios e instalaciones ruinosas y en caso de impago se tramitase su expropiación, embelleceríamos el pueblo.
- Ya basta del derrotismo de no cobrar los impuestos a las empresas y cobrárselos a la ciudadanía.
- Ya basta de tener los barrios incomunicados entre sí, sin bidegorris, ni paseos peatonales.
- Ya basta de no disponer de locales para para nuestros mayores y jovenes.
- Ya basta de no pactar con Mancomunididades, Diputación y Gobierno Vasco para atraer empleo de calidad y no sólo de cajeras y cajeros de supermecado a cambio de cerrar el comercio local.
La administración local puede y debe hacer mucho por el mantenimiento de las empresas instaladas y porque se instalen mas en nuestro municipio. Las comunicaciones que tenemos, seguridad, limpieza, accesos, iluminación, escuelas de formación profesional…. deben ser nuestras bazas, no podemos seguir esperando sin tomar iniciativas y pensar que el autoempleo es la solución.
El número de personas paradas en enero en Erandio ascendía a 2.197, estas personas necesitan empleo, tanto para hombres como para mujeres, siendo curioso que el Ayuntamiento firme planes de Igualdad y de Normalización linguistica y luego no los aplique en sus selecciones, ejemplo 10 personas se presentan a la plaza de Juez de Paz, 9 mujeres y 1 hombre, se selecciona al hombre, ójala salgan plazas de juezAs, para que puedan ser seleccionadas mujeres.
Erandio lo componemos los barrios de: ALTZAGA (10.764 hab.), ASTRABUDUA (10.509 hab.) ERANDIOGOIKOA (1.301 hab.), ARRIAGA (559 hab.), GOIERRI (572 hab.), LUTXANA-ENEKURI (532 hab.) y ASUA (353 hab.), según los datos de la web del Ayuntamiento a 31 de diciembre de 2012. Por pensar en el empleo en todos los barrios y no olvidarnos de los de siempre.
