Amo las obras
ERANDIO
Se han iniciado las obras de ampliación de la carretera que enlaza Altzaga con Arriagas y está prevista una acera para evitar el riesgo que durante años llevamos sufriendo cada vez que subimos o bajamos andando, en mucho casos con bolsas de compra o paseando hacia Goikoa o hacia Umbe. Esperamos que no se olviden de hacer canalizaciones para soterrar el alumbrado público, la teléfonía, la electricidad, ni se olviden del alcantarillado, que cuando llueven bajen rios, aunque ya nos estamos acostumbrando a los parches.
Al hablar de parches no me refiero porque sólo se hace un tramo de la carretera, me refiero a la visón de municipio que tienen desde el ayuntamiento. En vez de definir que queremos para el antiguo mercado, vamos parcheando, solucionando denuncias de ausencia de salidas de emergencia, de locales de ensayo para la banda de música, etc…; no definimos la política de aparcamiento y por eso no sabemos que hacer con la plaza Juanene y con tantos y tantos temas.
El municipio está plagado de ruinas industriales y en muchos casos son motivos de conflicto con el vecindario del entorno por la suciedad, el abandono y el riesgo que provocan. Hace poco he visto que se derribarán los pabellones junto al polideportivo de Altzaga, donde existen tres postes de alta tensión, lugar que antes era campo de futbol y podría haber sido la continuación del polideportivo con un parking subterráneo y unos campos acordes a los que se merece el Erandio, centro de entrenamiento de los clubs de atletismo… Ahora es kakaleku de los perros, hasta que se usa para actos como el de la vispera de San Juan o la competición de vehículos 4×4.
En Astrabudua hay un monton de ruinas industriales, y hoy nos desayunamos con macroproyectos de viviendas, el humedal como el Guadiana, tema que sale de vez en cuando.
Lutxana cuenta con la fabrica de pinturas a la vista de todo el mundo, lo del barrio de Asua en tétrico con la cantidad de restos entre Fanos, Goikoa y Sondika.
Altzaga cuenta con una comisaría de la ertzantza sin uso y no es porque no hagan falta locales para la juventud. El mercadillo carece de un proyecto serio de aparcamiento y un lugar de exposiciones cubierto y mercadillo, claro que es mejor no hacer nada para poder poner las barrakas, ahora que no hay otro sitio. El antiguo mercado no se aborda como proyecto integral similar a la Plaza Josu Murueta, con lugar de exposiciones, actuaciones, ensayos para grupos locales y banda de musica ademas de centro cultural. ¿Para cuando el paseo de Txurruka?, no el parche actual y el Astillero abandonado.
Arriagas y Kukularra con un campo de futbol y una superpista de atletismo abandonada sin mantenimiento y sin solución de su propiedad.
Goikoa y Goiherri sin frontón ni carrejo para pruebas de bueyes.
En definitiva que esperamos que las distintas concejalías de obras se pongan de acuerdo y se presenten proyectos coherentes para el pueblo, nosotros y nosotras los presentaremos para que el pueblo los conozca, pero lo que no nos parece correcto es parchear y estar constantemente de obras sin definir las zonas de esparcimiento, las zonas deportivas, las zonas industriales (sigue habiendo industrias dentro de las zonas residenciales) y una carencia de proyectos de parques empresariales similar al CEDEMI (centro de Desarrollo Margen Izquierda).
Y en cultura, juventud, deportes y euskara también es necesario una política clara sin duplicar concejalías.
