Bidea egiten ari gara
Gatazkaren konponbide prozesuan, arretaz begiratu behar zaie gatazkaren sorburuei eta gatazkaren ondorioei, besteak beste, euskal preso politikoen egoera larriaz hitz egitera garamatza.
Egoera bidegabe honen aurrean garrantzitsua da jendartearen inplikazioa.
Ordua da aldarrikapen hauek egiteko, argi ta ozen:
- Euskal presoak Euskal Herrira ekartzea.
- Espainiar estatuan ezartzen den 197/2006 doktrina bertan behera uztea. Zigorra bete duten presoak etxera. Finean, bizi osorako espetxe zigorrarekin amaitzea.
- Frantziar estatuan ezartzen den bizi osorako zigorra bertan behera uztea, baldintzapeko askatasunei bide emanez.
- Zigorraren 3/4ak bete dituzten presoen kaleratzea.
- Gaixotasun larriak dituzten presoak askatzea, eta bestelako gaixotasunak dituzten presoen zaintza egokirako beharrezko neurriak. Finean, presoen osasunerako eskubideak bermatzea.
- Ireki den aro berrian gatazkaren soluzio bidean modu positiboan eragiteko frantziar eta espainiar estatuek darabilten espetxe politika konponbide gakoetan ezartzea.
Aldarrikapen hauekin bat egiteko, hona hemen Erandion egiten ditugun deialdiak:
-Abenduak 30: Azken ostirala: Kontzentra, martxa eta ekitaldia Altzagako metroko esplanadan. 20:00etan
-Abenduak 31: Presoen aldeko Brindisa:
Altzagan, IBARRA eta JADO kale artean. 20:00etan
Astrabudun, Josu Murueta plazan, 20:00etan
-7 de Enero: Manifestazioa BILBOn 17:30etan
Un nuevo tiempo político se abre paso en Euskal Herria. Aún queda mucho por hacer, pero no es poco lo realizado hasta hoy.
Estamos haciendo camino.
El proceso de resolución del conflicto debe reparar con atención tanto en las causas del conflicto como en sus consecuencias, entre otras cosas muchas cuestiones, la situación que viven los y las presas políticas vascas.
Ante semejante atropello, consideramos fundamental la implicación de la sociedad.
Es el momento de reclamar alto y claro:
- Que los y las presas vascas sean trasladadas a Euskal Herria.
- La derogación de la doctrina 197/2006. Que se aplica en el estado español y que se encamine la salida de los y las presas que ya han cumplido su condena.
- La desactivación de la cadena perpetua que se impone en el estado francés,
- La liberación de los y las presas que hayan cumplido las ¾ partes de su condena.
- La liberación de los y las presas gravemente enfermas y la toma de medidas para la asistencia sanitaria.
- Que la política penitenciaria de los Estados español y francés se sitúe en claves de resolución.
En adhesión a estas reclamaciones, os llamamos a tomar parte en las siguientes convocatorias:
-30 de Diciembre: Ultimo viernes del mes: Concentración, marcha y acto en la explanada del metro de Altzaga a las 20h
-31 de Diciembre: Brindis a favor de los presos:
Altzaga: en el cruce de la calle IBARRA con JADO, 20:00 h
Astrabudua: en la plaza Josu Murueta, 20:00 h
-7 de Enero: Manifestación en BILBO a las 17:30
